In human form he looks like a regular guy (with blood-colored hair). He has strange tattoos he got once on a dare, but he has grown to love them. He looks extremely scary when angry, and his eyes tend to glow. He has very sharp canines as well, and he bares them when upset.

His wolf form is rather unlike most due to his father's odd "taste" in women. His mother was a fire fox spirit, and it definitely shows in Hiju. His wolf form is wreathed in flames, and they highlight his dark red (nearly black) fur. He also has a very bushy tail from his mother's side.

General Personality: 

Hiju is a relatively happy person, and he keeps his emotions at that level whenever possible. The problem is that he has a very, very short fuse. And when he does manage to keep it all in, it only makes it worse the next time he gets angry.

Hiju is almost a different person when in wolf form. He lets his emotions prevail, and has a bad habit of rampaging. His intelligence plays little role when he's angry, and he would rather charge in head first than actually think a strategy through. He also suffers black and red outs when fighting (he either won't remember the fight, or only remember the intense rage and damage he inflicted). He also has a very bad habit of being overly proud of hurting his opponent.



History: 

Hiju was born to an Inugami father and a Kitsune mother. He was teased his early childhood because of his odd hair color and stranger heritage. This had some intense repercussions on his personality (such as the anger management and tattoos). He ended up becoming a bully in his later years.

His brother was the only one who could stop him from raging, talking some sense into him. He has an intense love for his brother, who is the only one who could understand him in his eyes. He felt a deep brotherhood with him, even though in actuality they were only half-brothers. The two of them were born only a month apart, and Hiju had a deep set disgust with his father for marrying two women (even though it is socially acceptable).

Hiju and his brother received their weapons when they turned 150 and finally left home. Hiju was extremely excited about their future adventures, but his brother had much more realistic expectations. What was the most surprising was that Hiju was actually correct, and their adventures ended up being much more spectacular than either realized.

A prophecy was given to the brothers during their adventures, that said "Oh ye brothers of blood yet naught, beware the fiery shock of the blackened blot, for those who wield the elemental fury of sky and flame, thy life shall never truly remain the same. Of all the lessons you may yet learn, none shall compare to the heart's desperate yearn. In the flames and in the clouds, ye two shall be known for thunderous sounds. Thy flames shall lick and lightning strike, but thy powers are naught in the giant's sight."
